Kenneth M. Wasche has served Minnesota individuals and businesses since 1996, providing practical legal guidance in family law, estate planning, probate, real estate, and small business matters. Clients value his clear communication, steady approach, and extensive courtroom experience, including more than 300 individual motions argued to decision in Minnesota courts.
Education
Mr. Wasche received an Associate in Applied Science in Financial Management from the Community College of the Air Force in 1988. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Park College (Parkville, Missouri) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Management. He then earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, passing both the Professional Responsibility and Minnesota Bar exams on his first attempt.
Work
Before entering the legal field, Mr. Wasche worked in his family’s commercial painting business and served four years in the United States Air Force as a financial management specialist. After receiving an honorable discharge, he returned to his family business as an estimator, project manager, and chief financial officer—helping the company grow into one of the largest painting and industrial coatings contractors in the country.
